Manager, Millbrook Early Education Centre (MEEC)

Millbrook First Nation is seeking a compassionate and experienced Manager for the Millbrook Early Education Centre (MEEC). This role leads a dedicated team of early childhood educators in delivering high-quality, culturally grounded programming that supports children’s learning, development, and connection to Mi’kmaw culture.

Reporting to the Director of Educational Services, the Manager oversees daily operations—including curriculum planning, staff supervision, scheduling, compliance, and family engagement—while also contributing to MEEC’s long-term growth and vision. The Manager plays a key role in fostering a warm, inclusive, and collaborative environment where children feel safe, supported, and celebrated. Ideal candidates bring experience in early childhood education leadership, an understanding of Mi’kmaw culture and community values, and a passion for supporting the well-being and growth of children and families.
